Our Expectations of You
You will come to each session having thought about what you want to accomplish in our time together. At times, this will be easy for you and sometimes you will be in a place you aren’t sure what you want to do, and that’s ok too. You’ll get the most out of our coaching relationship if you are willing to use the time between sessions to reflect work on tasks we determine together. You will protect our appointment time and you will minimize disruptions.
You will be on time to each session and keep scheduled appointments. Should you need to reschedule an appointment, you will do so at least 24 hours in advance.
You Can Expect of Us
We come prepared to each session. At times, we will ask you to complete tasks or consider ideas between our sessions to deepen your learning. We support you throughout our relationship.
A Safe and Non-Judgmental Space
We want you to be comfortable saying what needs to be said. We do not judge or criticize.
We will be on time to each session and keep scheduled appointments. We will be as flexible as our schedule allows if rescheduling appointments is necessary.
We never disclose you are a client without your permission. We will take notes during our session. These are fully confidential and securely stored. The only time we will share information is in a situation in which it is necessary to do so in order to protect you or someone else from a threat to his or her life
